- ½ cup Kellogg's Special K, crushed
- ¼ cup Burgul wheat, soaked
- ½ cup Fresh flat parsley, chopped finely
- 5-6 Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup Pomegranate kernels
- 1 medium tomato, seeded, chopped
- ½ medium cucumber, seeded, chopped
- 1 Star fruit, sliced
- Salt to taste
- ½ Lime juice
- 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground black pepper
1. Toast Kellogg's Special K onto hot pan until crisp and crush it.
2. Add all the ingredients into mixing bowl except Special K and toss well.
3. Add Special K just before service; mix gently and serve.
