Basil Curd Dip

A curd dip that makes any starter yummier!

  • 1¼ cup Fresh curds, beaten
  • 1 cup (powdered) Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • ½ cup Finely chopped basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Chopped pinenuts
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Red chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • For serving
  • Bread sticks/ vegetable sticks/ cream cracker

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Refrigerate for 1 hour and serve chilled.
