Fig and Apricot Shake

  • ½ Cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Scoops Vanilla icecream
  • 5 Dried figs (anjeer)
  • 4 Dried apricots (jardalu)
  • 2 Tsp sugar
  • 4-5 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

DIRECTIONS

1. Soak the cornflakes, figs and apricots in 1 cup milk for 20 minutes. Remove and discard the apricot seeds.
2. Blend together the soaked mix, vanilla icecream, sugar, remaining milk and ice cubes, till smooth and frothy.
3. Serve immediately.
