Sukha Meva and Cornflakes Moodi

Here’s a healthy way to enjoy your favourite street food!

  • 1 cup Mixed dry fruits (almonds, walnuts, cashewnuts), roasted/ deep fried
  • 1½ cup (roasted) Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • ½ cup Puffed rice (kurmura), roasted
  • A few Dry coconut slices
  • 1 tbsp Mustard oil
  • 3 tbsp Prepared moodi masala, recipe below
  • 1½ tbsp Lemon juice
  • To be blended into a fine powder (makes pprox. 1 cup moodi masala)
  • ¼ cup Cumin seeds, roasted
  • ¼ cup Whole coriander seeds, roasted
  • 10 Bay leaves, roasted and crushed
  • 1/8 cup Rock salt/kala namak
  • 1/8 cup White peppercorns
  • 1/8 cup Amchur powder
  • 1/8 cup Red chilli powder

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. Serve immediately.
