Green Mango Special K and Corn Bhel

Wondering what to whip up? Here's one that's a treat for your tastebuds and tummy!



  • 1 cup Kellogg's Special K
  • 2 tbsp Green mango, peeled, finely chopped
  • ½ cup Sweet American corn, cooked
  • ¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
  • 6 to 7 Soaked almonds, peeled
  • 1 medium Tomato, seeded, finely chopped
  • Black Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Chaat masala
  • 1 Fresh green chili, chopped (optional)
  • Fresh coriander, chopped handful


1. Toss Special K on non stick frying pan until crispy.
2. Add all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix well.
3. Serve in the service platter immediately.
