  • 1 Cup Sev
  • 1 Cup Khara Bundi
  • 1 Cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • 1 Cup fried chana dal
  • ¼ Cup Whole peanuts
  • ¼ Cup Broken cashew nuts
  • 15-20 Curry leaves (kadi patta)
  • 1 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • ¼ Cup Oil
  • Salt to taste

1. Heat the oil in a kadai and fry the peanuts, cashew nuts and curry leaves separately in it. Drain and keep aside on absorbent paper.
2. When cool, combine all the ingredients and mix gently.
3. Store in an airtight container.
