Cornflake Walnut Chocolate Muffin

  • 1 Cup (Rushed) Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • ½ Cup Melted butter
  • ½ Cup Condensed milk
  • 2 Tsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Castor sugar
  • ¾ Cup Refined flour (maida)
  • ¼ Tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ Tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped walnuts
  • 2 Tbsp Golden raisins (kishmish)
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla essence
  • Butter for greasing
  • 15 Paper cups

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour one tablespoon of batter in each paper cup.
2. Arrange them on a microwave safe plate and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
3. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.
4. Serve.
