1. In a bowl mix all ingredients except butter and cheese
2. Heat a medium sized non-stick pan
3. Add oil, gently pour the omelet mixture
4. Cover with a lid and cook on a medium flame till done
5. Sprinkle grated cheese on top
6. Turn the omelet and just cook for 10-15 seconds
7. Serve hot with ketchup
8. May be accompanied with toasted brown bread
Olives, shredded boiled chicken, salami etc may be added to the omlette if desired.
