Cabbage Corn Salad in Basil Curd Dressing

  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage, soaked in ice-cold water and drained
  • 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flakes
  • ½ cup Chopped cucumber
  • ½ cup Chopped grapes
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped celery
  • Salt to taste
  • To be mixed into a dressing
  • 1 cup Fresh curds, beaten
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • ½ tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Grated lemon rind
  • 2 tbsp Finely chopped basil
  • ¼ tsp Mustard powder
  • A pinch Of sugar
  • Salt and black pepper powder to taste

1. Combine the cabbage, cornflakes, cucumber, grapes, celery and salt and toss well.
2. Just before serving add the dressing and toss well.
3. Serve immediately.
